Same Day Shipping
We understand that when you buy online you want your order as soon as possible. This is why all orders placed before 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders after 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the following business day. Rest assured, we will be sure to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email from us with your delivery confirmation or tracking number that can be used at the USPS.com website.
Our current method of shipping of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Charges
We are currently offering FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping on all orders under 1 (one) pound. Orders over 1 pound, or totaling over $75, are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail which is also free..
Shipping Time
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the class of mail you choose and when it is shipped. Below are estimated dates of when your order could arrive by if you place your order today by 3 P.M.

Signature Confirmation Policy
For larger orders, generally over $100, we may require a signature confirmation to receive your order. This is to protect us and our customers. Shipping addresses with apartment numbers and P.O. Boxes may also be asked for a signature confirmation as well. The customer may request a signature waiver which upon doing so will relieve Great Lakes Nutrition of any liabilities of lost or stolen orders. No extra shipping charges will occur if we request a signature confirmation.
U.S Customers Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We will also ship to PO Boxes and to APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses.
Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund including shipping charges. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
