(Ok, so they paid a porn star to endorse their product… big deal. We all know that porn stars are ethical and will never lie about anything to make a quick buck, right?)

Just to be clear, customers can return SemenRx for any reason and anytime as long as 60 days have not passed since your purchase date. Now compare that to some of the other guarantee policies of similar products to SemenRx.

Here are a couple terms and conditions taken from various product websites:

You must of taken the [product name removed] for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, this is because the speed of results can vary between different people.

Our Comment:
This is very unfair to the customer and a trick by the company to keep their customer’s money for 3 months in hopes that they just give up without trying to get a refund. With this policy they are basically saying that if their product should happen to make you sick or nausea then you are pretty much out of luck!

You will receive a refund for all unopened and unused products minus a 15% return processing fee. Shipping and handling fees shall not be refunded.

A 15% processing fee? For what??? First of all, that is a lot of money to charge for a processing fee. So if you ordered $100 worth of their product they swipe $15 from you if you want to make a return. Just another way for a company to keep as much of their customer’s money as possible.

A flat $60.00 fee will be assessed for any order cancellation, shipment refusal or non-deliverable order.

Really? So if the post office should happen to make a mistake then the customer is charged an additional $60 bucks? Not only that but if you change your mind after placing an order they still get $60 from you. So if you placed an order for their $50 product and change your or just need to cancel the order they still make $10 bucks off of you! Ok, sounds fair to us! (yes, that was sarcastic!)

Well that’s special! You can give their product a try but you just can’t open it! Not only that but if you return their product back to them in resellable condition so that they can sell it again to someone else they will also take an additional 25% from you on top of that!

So if you buy their one bottle for $55.00 and return it (unopened and in resellable condition) you will only get about $41 and some change back. Plus they will be able to resell the product to someone else. Sounds like a fair deal, right?
